Surgical Suture Needles are manufactured from Martensitic grade stainless steel conforming to medical Grade specification. The Material conforms to AISI 420, Equivalent to ERGSTE 1.4031 YC.

Drilled End Surgical Suture Needles are made with stainless steel. Special care is taken when procuring raw materials from leading surgical grade wire manufactures, so that our product meet international standards. Highly qualified and well experienced team of engineers are also one of the main reason for the company to produce high end products.

The quality control department works along with the skilled labours to check and make sure that the product obtained is of high quality and satisfies the needs of the buyers.

A strict quality control Protocol is followed at each stage of manufacturing. This includes

• Point Sharpness Test: Penetration through 30 Micron aluminium Foil (Maximum load 20 Grams)
• Flexibility Test: As per IS 165 – 1992 Part I Clause 7: 4
• Hardness Test: Bend Test As per IS 9165 Clause 7:4
• Surface Finish: Visual Inspection With 10X Magnification
• Corrosion Resistance: CU SO4 Test as per IS:7531-1990 Clause 4:3
